Farrow AV chose all my equipment and I must say it is fabulous. The best I've ever seen and heard. But their follow up and service is beyond any I have ever experienced or would even have expected. Most AV companies just sell you the most expensive equipment they can, install it (badly, leaving a mess) and that's it. You're on your own...

"Farrow AV visited my chalet late Saturday afternoon on Thanksgiving weekend. I had over 20 guests coming for dinner and my entire entertainment system was down. Nothing worked – not the TV; not the music system. Farrow AV's technician came in and did some troubleshooting and found that there was a component failure in the amplifier. With no time to do repairs, the technician located a temporary amplifier and managed to get my system up and running and sounding great. It was great customer support – especially since Farrow AV didn't put the original system in! When the weekend was over, I had Farrow AV back to replace the amplifier.
