Is it possible to place a plasma or LCD TV over our fireplace?

Yes it is. In fact, Farrow AV can make it look like the TV was meant to be there without a mess of wires exposed. We specialize in hiding the wires and cable concealing, making flat screen TVs look picture perfect wherever they are hung.

It seems I have about 18 remote controls on my coffee table for my system. Is it possible to cut this number down and only use two of them?

We can do better than that – how about using just one? Too many remotes is always an issue among homeowners. A common misconception is that a new remote to fix the situation will be just too difficult to learn. But this is simply not the case. We program our remotes so that one touch of a button will start a process. For instance, press DVD on our remote and the TV will simultaneously turn on with the DVD player, which will open, and the sound system will be activated and access the appropriate input. Simply select a DVD and press play and there you go! All with a touch of one button.

Can you offer solutions for a home that is fully finished?

Yes, we can. Farrow AV combines the technology of wireless and hardwired systems to create a specific system that will work flawlessly in a finished home. We are experts at installing cabling and concealing the wires and cables after a home is finished. With our expertise, these entertainment systems are installed with little or no repairs visible to audiences.

Why doesn't Farrow AV have a retail outlet?

We simply do not need one. While we may sell product directly to our customers, our business is based upon consultations and designing customized entertainment systems for our customers. Without the unnecessary overhead of maintaining a retail store, we're able to provide an unparalleled level of customer service that provides exceptional value in our design proposals.

Does Farrow AV offer any extended warranties or special customer support plans?

We do not offer extended warranties on our products. We believe extended warranties are just another way for customers to pay unnecessarily for things they probably won't use. We do, however, carry premium brands known for their outstanding performances and longevity. All products include the original manufacturers' warranties.

For the convenience of our customers, Farrow AV offers customized support packages designed to help customers maintain and receive outstanding performances from their equipment for several years.

I have a system that doesn't work properly though some of it is fine. Is there anything Farrow AV can do if it was originally installed by someone else?

Yes, of course. Over time, system components sometimes fail due to a variety of reasons, such as wear and tear or even a loose connection. We have installers on staff who will visit and evaluate your system status and then provide a recommendation on what steps should be taken to bring the system up to speed.

How long does an installation for a home theatre take?

Installation time always depends upon the size and complexity of the system. However, we take extra steps to cut down installation time at our customers' locations by assembling as much of the system and components as possible in our environmentally controlled, secured storage warehouse.
